Socialization Membership

What is a Socialization Membership?

The membership costs $59 per month and renews on the 1st of each month until canceled. It gives 25% off all daycare, one free bath OR nail trim, and access to our outside dog park. This means that the more you bring your pup during the month, the more money you save.

Why is it being offered?

Dogs, like humans and other social animals, are happiest when around others they already know and trust. Since the pups would rather see the same dogs playing together every week than see new and different dogs each day, the membership model aims to help facilitate that “pack of pups who all know each other” goal by incentivizing members to come frequently to take advantage of their discount. That is why we call it the “socialization membership” and is also the same reason why our unlimited membership is so much cheaper than anyone else’s!

Is it right for my pup?

To know if the socialization membership is right for you, consider how often your pup expects to come within a week, and if your pup needs a bath or nail trim each month. If it is twice a week or more, especially if your pup would benefit from the bath/nail trim, then this membership will almost certainly save you money. If you expect to only come once or twice a month at most, it almost certainly will be a waste. If you expect to come around once per week, then it is probably about even.

What happens if I buy it on the 15th, do I still pay full price for only half a month?

The first renewal is prorated so you don’t overpay. As an example, if you start your membership with only 5 days left in the month, you will pay $59 to begin your membership, and then when your pass renews for the first time on the 1st, you will only be charged just over $9.50 to extend the duration of the pass one more month. You will then be charged the regular amount of $59 on the 1st of the month after that, and every month going forward.
